Professional Penetration Tester(PENT)

The Professional Penetration Tester(PENT) training is an instructor-led cybersecurity course to equip students to learn professional penetration testing & vulnerability assessment skills by building lab networks to practice network and application enumeration scanning, exploitation, privilege escalation, and lateral movement skills.

Students must complete all steps in this course to qualify for the Penetration Tester certification exam from DarkRelay. Earn the Professional Penetration Tester(PENT) certification by passing the Pentest exam. Passing the exam will make you PENT-certified, which qualifies you to perform the following:

• Manage penetration testing pre-engagement interactions. 

• Understand client penetration testing compliance requirements. 

• Create pentest planning and scoping. 

• Execute vulnerability assessment and manual penetration testing to find vulnerabilities. 

• Write penetration testing reports, including remediation for vulnerabilities discovered.

• Communicate and advise remediation to clients and leadership teams.
